《伊索寓言(汉英对照)》内容简介

《伊索寓言》是古希腊人伊索讲述的寓言故事的汇编集,通过简短的寓言故事来体现日常生活中那些不为我们察觉的真理。例如《龟兔赛跑》《狼和小羊》《狼来了》《农夫和蛇》……这些脍炙人口的小故事,两千年来一直被公认为人类最珍贵的智能宝库。古希腊人伊索留下的这些精彩简洁的小故事,构思巧妙,平易近人,所蕴涵的道理既浅显,又发人深省,因而千百年来历传不衰,让人爱不释手。本书中收录了近300则伊索寓言故事。伊索(Aesop,公元前620-前564),古希腊著名寓言家,与克雷洛夫、拉•封丹和莱辛并称世界四大寓言家。据历史记载,他原是奴隶,由于天资聪颖而获得自由,后游历希腊各地,给人们讲述各种寓言故事,深受人们喜爱,被后世誉为“希腊寓言之父”“西方寓言的开山鼻祖”。
